- Third Avenue Village has a 700 space free public parking lot in the heart of the district. This parking lot is monitored by ACE Parking on the bottom two floors (3 hour) with the third floor is open for all day parking. Park at this ideal location close to Fuddruckers, Memorial Park and Village shops for three hours FREE while you traipse the Village.
