The Third Avenue Village Association will squeeze a day of fun into your schedule by celebrating its 14th Annual Lemon Festival on Sunday, August 8, from 11a.m. to 7p.m. The event celebrates the heritage of Chula Vista as the city was once self-proclaimed "Lemon Capital of the World" in the 1920’s.

Every year, the festival increases in popularity attracting many visitors to the beautiful Third Avenue Village; bringing 40,000 festival goers who enjoy a full day of entertainment, as well as viewing arts, shopping at specialty shops, visiting the Chula Vista Heritage Museum, and enjoying dozens of delicious food options.

The free event taking place between E and G Streets in Third Avenue. Promising to feature live entertainment on three stages, art displays, a rock climbing wall, community dance performances, lemon contests, a kids’ fun zone, carnival rides, inflatables, a car show, and much more!
